About this role
About the Role NSCALE is seeking a Strategy & Operations leader to partner with leadership to frame, analyse, and solve high-priority strategic and operational challenges. You will translate strategy into concrete action plans, drive cross-functional alignment, and own end-to-end execution that delivers measurable impact. This role supports growth initiatives including market expansion, capacity planning, and organizational scaling.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with leadership to frame, analyse, and solve NSCALE’s highest-priority strategic and operational challenges.
- Break down ambiguous problems into structured analyses, options, and clear recommendations.
- Support key growth initiatives, including market expansion, capacity planning, and organisational scaling.
- Own end-to-end delivery of critical projects, from initial concept through to execution and impact.
- Translate strategy into concrete action plans with clear owners, milestones, and success metrics.
- Always be an operator — driving momentum, unblocking teams, and ensuring follow-through.
- Act as connective tissue across all functions, including People, Product, Commercial, Infrastructure, Finance, and Operations.
- Build alignment across teams with different incentives, timelines, and constraints.
- Create clarity and alignment behind the right decisions.
- Identify gaps in processes, tooling, or information flow that slow execution or obscure decision-making.
- Design and implement systems, workflows, or frameworks that improve how NSCALE runs.
- Help institutionalise best practices while preserving speed and flexibility appropriate for an early-stage company.
- Rapidly develop context across NSCALE’s business model, cost drivers, infrastructure stack, and customer use cases.
- Continuously refine your approach based on what works (and what doesn’t) in a fast-changing environment.
- Act as a thought partner to leaders, challenging assumptions with data and first-principles thinking.
What We're Looking For

- Track record translating strategy into actionable plans with clear owners, milestones, and success metrics.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage environment requiring speed, adaptability, and prioritization.
- Data-driven mindset and comfort with first-principles thinking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a bias toward action.
