Strategy Manager (Senior Level)

About the Role Accenture Strategy helps clients reinvent and build trusted, lasting relationships by combining technology, analytics, and industry expertise. This role focuses on Healthcare Strategy, leading delivery of strategic initiatives and guiding clients through business and technology transformations. What You'll Do

• Run delivery of projects to map clients' Healthcare Strategy position and identify business options in context of global economic, technology, and social trends.
• Lead teams to deliver world-class strategy solutions for Healthcare clients.
• Earn the trust of senior client leaders and partner to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.
• Lead project delivery with practical road maps for carrying out strategy, managing change, monitoring and adjusting processes.
• Provide guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and drive outcomes.
• Build relationships with clients to sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor.
• Fortify the Strategy practice and participate in thought leadership; mentor junior team members.
• Focus areas include cost transformation, performance improvement, innovative business/operating models, mergers and acquisitions, digital health, and product strategy.
• Travel as needed, up to 80%. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience at a large strategy or health boutique consulting firm.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare Provider and/or Payer industry in one or more of the following areas: corporate development, transformation or internal strategy; Health Innovation/Disruption; Health Strategy and Growth; Health Transformation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; experience advising clients on data-driven strategies. Nice to Have
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• Any publications or thought leadership materials.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
• Experience with Blockchain, AI, Cloud, and Machine Learning.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: $87,400 - $253,000 per year (Role Location).
