About the Role
A Senior Strategy Director for Utilities software in the public sector will shape and lead our strategic direction within the utilities market. This role defines long-term growth strategy, drives innovative initiatives, and serves as a prominent evangelist. The ideal candidate combines deep utilities domain expertise with enterprise software strategy experience.
What You'll Do

Serve as the resident expert in utilities, staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies, and translating them into strategic initiatives.

Conduct comprehensive market analyses to assess customer needs, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.

Translate market insights into actionable strategies to penetrate new markets, expand product offerings, and drive revenue growth.

Partner with Product Management to shape roadmap priorities based on market needs and competitive differentiation.

Champion innovation within the utilities ERP portfolio, identifying opportunities for digital transformation, automation, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud modernization.

Establish yourself as a thought leader in the utilities software space through participation in industry conferences, speaking engagements, and publication of white papers or articles.

Travel to meet with prospects, consultants, clients, attending demonstrations, and industry-related conferences.

What We're Looking For

Deep understanding of utilities operations, processes, and challenges, particularly in water or electricity management.

Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives from conception to execution with measurable results in revenue growth, market share expansion, or operational efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $164,862 - $185,000 USD, before adjustments for geographic differences.
