Job title: Strategy Development Manager
About the Role AO Kaspersky Lab seeks a Strategy Development Manager to lead the creation, alignment, and governance of strategic initiatives across the organization. You will partner with department heads and senior leadership to shape the company's 4-5 year vision and ensure execution through cross-functional collaboration and change management.
What You'll Do
- Manage development and alignment of strategies across all business units upon request from executive leadership.
- Develop, with department leaders, the company's vision, strategy, and key directions to drive growth.
- Create 4-5 year strategic documents based on leaders' vision and obtain alignment from key stakeholders.
- Support identification of business opportunities through business case preparation and relevant research.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, including organizing and supporting PMO processes.
- Manage strategic projects and initiatives in support of business lines.
- Assist leaders in planning changes, organizing, strategic communications, and change management as needed.
- Develop and agree on common KPIs to ensure strategy realization, monitor results, and implement measures to prevent or address negative deviations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in strategy development and strategic project management — 4-5 years, or 3-4 years in leading consulting firms.
- English at Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level (spoken and written).
