About the Role The role sits within EY-Parthenon, the Strategy by EY-Parthenon practice, focusing on delivering strategic and financial insights to clients across transactions, growth, and operations. This position supports cross-functional teams to drive high-impact strategy engagements for a diverse set of industries. What You'll Do
- Help develop and implement growth and transaction strategies across industries.
- Conduct economic analysis, market sizing, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Build financial models, valuations, and due diligence for M&A and private equity.
- Contribute to strategy projects including corporate growth, turnaround and value creation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and leadership. What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in strategy/management consulting with client-facing project delivery.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and M&A concepts.
- Familiarity with EY-Parthenon service lines: Corporate & Growth Strategy, Transactions & Corporate Finance, Private Equity Value Creation, and related disciplines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work in teams, and communicate clearly with clients. Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered technology, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives.
