About the Role As a Strategy & Business Consulting expert, you will help clients envision and enact digital transformations to improve enterprise value, growth, and resilience. You will join Capgemini Invent Japan's founding team, leveraging Capgemini's global expertise to lead a select, high-caliber engagement team from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Develop corporate and business strategies.
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation, business process reform, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Improve factory production processes and redesign supply chains using IoT and AI.
- Create value through data science and AI engineering to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with global teams.
- Contribute to projects such as:
- Rebuilding business models and formulating new business strategies in response to changing competition.
- Planning company-wide operational transformation using data science, AI, and generative AI, leading to comprehensive business transformation.
- Designing the future vision of a global operating model, transformation approaches, and supporting rollout of new operations.
- Formulating IT strategies aligned with key management challenges such as customer-centric transformation, scalability, and resilience.
What We're Looking For
- Practical consulting/advisory experience at a strategy consulting firm, general consulting firm, think tank, or related.
- Experience in corporate in-house consulting or corporate planning.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders in Japan and overseas.
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher).
- Overseas work experience is a plus.
- MBA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
