Strategy Associate – Innovamat
Key Responsibilities
- Governance & Leadership Support
- Prepare strategic briefings, memos, analyses, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
- Help strengthen corporate governance processes and operating rhythms across the organization.
- Internal Consulting & Strategic Analysis
- Analyze data and build insights that help leadership make better decisions.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for exponential growth, including new international markets, new product or service verticals, strategic partnerships or M&A exploration and evaluation.
- Build the metrics and dashboards that allow us to track performance.
- Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- Drive strategic projects end to end from idea to execution, planning and coordinating stakeholders across the organization.
