What You'll Do

Drive progress on strategic initiatives, programs, and cross-functional projects across business units.

Analyze ambiguous problems, synthesize insights, and influence executive stakeholders.

Mentor and develop more junior team members and contribute to team capability.

Collaborate with senior leaders across Google locations (e.g., New York, San Francisco).

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
