Job Summary

Are you a CA fresher or an MBA with a passion for high-stakes deal-making? Join the Strategy and M&A team at Max Healthcare and take full ownership of the lifecycle of strategic decisions. From planning to execution, you will be at the heart of the growth engine of one of India’s largest healthcare providers, driving market assessments and cross-border deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions.

• Analyze market competition and generate leads for inorganic growth opportunities.

• Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to track and manage project progress.

• Draft financial models and valuation reports for strategic decision-making.

• Analyze price mapping and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new hospital segments.

• Support strategic decisions through deep-dive market assessments and competition tracking.

• Coordinate frequent travel for on-site lead evaluation and stakeholder management.

• Maintain project management dashboards to ensure timely execution of M&A milestones.

• Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-haves:

• CA Fresher / B.Com / Eco Grad / MBA.
• 2 years+ of relevant experience in Finance or Strategy.
• Expert-level proficiency in Financial Modelling, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of Real Estate and Healthcare sectors.

• Strong analytical bent of mind and creative problem-solving skills.

• Stipend & Salary

• Annual CTC: ₹10,00,000 – ₹16,00,000 per annum (Based on experience).
