About the role

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical, execution-focused professional to work closely with the founders on strategy, growth, and business operations. The ideal candidate will bring experience from a top-tier consulting firm or a leading company’s strategy or business analytics team, along with strong ownership and structured problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the founders to identify business priorities and execute strategic initiatives.

• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessments.

• Analyse growth, revenue, customer acquisition, conversion, and operational performance.

• Build financial models, dashboards, and business cases to support leadership decisions.

• Drive projects across product, marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring timely delivery.

• Identify process gaps and implement improvements in efficiency and customer experience.

• Support partnership evaluations, leadership presentations, and business reviews.

• Track key initiatives, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain accountability for outcomes.

• Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from any IIT or IIM.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience at a top-tier consulting firm, such as BCG, McKinsey, or Bain, or in a strategy, business operations, or business analytics role at a leading company.

• Strong analytical ability and structured problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, financial modelling, and presentation development.

• Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferred Skills

• Experience working on growth strategy, unit economics, or operational improvement.

• Familiarity with SQL, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.

• Exposure to startups, consumer technology, travel technology, or immigration services.
