About the Role As a Strategist at Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney, part of Publicis Groupe, you'll help shape campaigns, brands and experiences by turning research into actionable insights. You'll work alongside creatives, account leaders and senior strategists to uncover meaningful opportunities and develop strategic narratives that inspire outstanding work. • Developing strategic responses to client briefs and business challenges
• Conducting research and analysing data to uncover insights and opportunities
• Identifying cultural trends, changing consumer behaviours and emerging market dynamics
• Crafting inspiring strategic narratives and creative briefs
• Presenting insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams
• Partnering with account management and creative teams to bring ideas to life
• Providing strategic input throughout the creative development process
• Measuring campaign effectiveness and helping optimise performance
• Supporting award submissions and strategic case studies
• Managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work against deadlines
• Continuously building your skills, tools and strategic thinking capability What We're Looking For
• Approximately 3-4 years' experience in strategy, marketing or a related discipline
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience translating data and findings into actionable insights
• Excellent storytelling, presentation and communication skills
• A collaborative approach and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
• Curiosity about people, brands, culture and consumer behaviour
• The ability to balance analytical thinking with creative intuition
• A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute beyond your immediate remit
