About the Role The Strategic Territory Director will lead and execute the sales strategy for Taiwan and the Philippines, owning territory development and revenue generation. This role combines business development, customer engagement, mentoring, and cross-functional leadership, with eligibility for 100% remote work depending on location. What You'll Do
- Lead regional sales strategy for Taiwan and Philippines and drive revenue growth.
- Full sales lifecycle ownership: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing of complex deals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, resellers, and strategic stakeholders across the territory.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's technology and growth goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics; maintain CRM data for accurate forecasting.
- Conduct market analysis, monitor local conditions and geopolitical events to position the company effectively; share insights with leadership.
- Monitor regional procurement cycles and budget timelines to forecast demand.
- Manage channel partners, recruit and vet new partners, and ensure partner enablement with current product knowledge.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, support, and operations to ensure successful engagements and fulfillment.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize end-user requirements to inform product development roadmaps; advise on local production feasibility.
- Represent the company at trade shows, demonstrations, and strategic meetings; plan and execute local marketing activities.
- Local coordination: serve as a primary liaison with local customers and partners to ensure alignment and execution. What We're Looking For

- Driven, collaborative, and customer-oriented professional with international business development experience in the defense and security technology sector.
- Ability to lead regional sales, manage complex deals, and work in a remote-first, cross-cultural environment.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven forecasting. Nice to Have
- Experience in Taiwan and Philippines markets or international government/defense customers.
- Background in defense and security technology with exposure to MoD, SOF, or police sectors.
- Prior success leading multinational sales teams and coordinating across functions.
