The opportunity
As a trusted partner and advisor to the GDS Service Line/Functions, you are considered an extension of the business leaders, working closely with the leadership team to support growth objectives and help meet future talent needs.
You will build a deep understanding of both the business direction and HR/Talent priorities to ensure successful implementation of key high-touch people processes and initiatives.
You will also partner closely with the other Center of Excellence within talent function, such as Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards etc. to ensure seamless execution of
