About the Role Strategic Sourcing Specialist focused on powertrain and combustion engines for Harbinger. You will source components, negotiate contracts, and manage suppliers to support the development of the company's medium-duty EV platform. What You'll Do
- Source components for powertrain and combustion engines
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Manage and monitor supplier performance, relationships, and risk
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, and program management) to align procurement plans
- Drive cost-out opportunities and procurement process improvements What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement; experience with powertrain/engines preferred
- Expert level Google Sheets and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong supplier management, negotiation, and project management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent Nice to Have
- Experience in EV, battery, and drivetrain domains Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year
- Location: Garden Grove, California; Onsite
- Full-time position
