Your new adventure
- Develop and implement global commodity strategies for the castings category
- Analyze international sourcing markets and actively identify and develop new supply sources
- Build and manage a high-performing global supplier portfolio
- Independently lead price and contract negotiations
- Conduct cost and benchmark analyses and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Work closely with Supplier Management and Project Procurement
Your skills and experiences
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a technical or business-related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration)
- Several years of experience in strategic sourcing / procurement in an international industrial environment (automotive is a plus)
- Experience in sourcing technical components (e.g. metal, cast, or engine parts)
