About the Role The AFL-CIO Organizing Hub seeks strategic researchers and organizers to work with AFL-CIO affiliated unions across the United States. Openings are ongoing and vary by location; resumes placed in the pool are reviewed by hiring managers when vacancies arise. What You'll Do
- Support union campaigns and organizing efforts through research, data analysis, and campaign support.
- Conduct financial analysis and corporate research as needed to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with union staff and campaign teams to help fill vacancies and connect hiring managers with strong candidates.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in union campaigns, community organizing, or political campaigns.
- Recent college graduates, grad students, or professionals with skills in financial analysis and corporate research.
- A passion for social and economic justice.
- Willingness to work across multiple locations and engage with AFL-CIO affiliated unions.
