What you will do:
- Support and execute organizational changes, operational workflows, and resource efficiency initiatives.
- Lead and manage projects focused on integrating AI solutions and automation workflows into day-to-day operations within the Operations Unit.
- Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives, driving them from initiation to successful delivery.
What is required:
- Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple diverse, cross-functional projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong “get things done” mindset. Ability to drive cross-functional teams toward deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational skills coupled with senior-level communication capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
