What You Will Do
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize product operations and drive strategic alignment across teams.

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of operational strategies.

Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in product management, operations, or strategy roles.

Compensation and Benefits
