About the Role Eskom seeks a strategic leader to manage the vision and purpose of the planning function, oversee dual functions, and drive performance and results. The role focuses on strategic planning, project management, policy development, and leadership of planning teams to ensure delivery of key strategic projects. What You'll Do
- Manage and direct the consolidation of business plans
- Lead, direct, monitor, track and report on the status of the strategic projects
- Direct the inputs to information systems, supporting the planning process
- Direct and coordinate the effectiveness of the monthly reporting process
- Develop and maintain policies, standards, procedures and methodologies for business planning
- Manage employees
- Provide leadership to maintain vision, purpose and integrity; manage duality of functions What We're Looking For
