About the Role Factorial is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Associate to support and scale our Finance team to the next level. In this role you'll manage partner relationships, resolve billing issues, and support collections to sustain growth and healthy cash flow. You'll ensure smooth payments and contribute to process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Factorial's strategic partners.
- Contact partners regarding missed, overdue, or outstanding payments.
- Process payments, refunds, and account adjustments accurately and on time.
- Resolve billing inquiries and payment-related questions from partners and stakeholders.
- Investigate account history to identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address operational and financial issues efficiently.
- Prepare reports on collection activities, payment performance, and outstanding balances.
- Contribute proactively to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a strong plus.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship management skills.
