About this role
We are seeking a highly strategic and outcomes-oriented Strategic Operations Manager to join the Earner Marketplace & Matching team within Uber's US & Canada Mobility business. This team owns some of Uber's most important marketplace optimization challenges, shaping the strategies behind driver pricing, incentives, matching, positioning, and other marketplace levers that together determine marketplace reliability, efficiency, and long-term supply health. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams to define strategies for solving complex marketplace challenges, influencing the evolution of Uber's marketplace technology and operations to deliver meaningful business impact.
