About the Role Namati seeks individuals to advance its strategic engagement efforts as part of a global justice network. The role focuses on building partnerships, coordinating advocacy initiatives, and contributing to movement-building across multiple countries. This position supports Namati's mission of legal empowerment and social and environmental justice.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic engagement initiatives with Namati’s global network.
- Coordinate with partners, grassroots movements, and program teams to advance policy reform and legal empowerment.
- Monitor impact and help refine strategy across countries to broaden Namati’s reach and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in advocacy, NGO work, or legal empowerment within international or cross-cultural contexts.
- Strong communication, coalition-building, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and national contexts.
Nice to Have
- Experience with grassroots justice networks or environmental and social justice initiatives.
- Regional expertise or language skills relevant to Namati’s focus regions.
