Strategic Content & Event Marketer

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen the company's brand positioning, market presence and public awareness.

Plan and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels.

Generate creative content ideas and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, audience engagement and customer reach.

Develop and execute promotional strategies for upcoming events to attract more visitors, participants and potential customers.

Create engaging event-related content, including promotional videos, behind-the-scenes coverage, event highlights and campaign materials.

Identify new marketing opportunities, social media trends and creative approaches to expand the company's audience.

Manage end-to-end content production, including photography, videography, video editing, copywriting and publishing.

Monitor marketing and campaign performance, analyse results and continuously improve promotional strategies.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective event promotion.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media management or event marketing.

• Strong understanding of brand positioning, content strategy and audience engagement.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh, engaging and effective marketing ideas.

• Able to independently plan and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

• Experience in promoting events, campaigns or business activities is an advantage.

• Proficient in social media content creation, photography, videography and video editing.

• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital trends and marketing strategies.

• Strong communication, organisational and project management skills.

• Proactive, independent and results-driven.
