As a Strategic Commodity Buyer in Kraków, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and securing competitive commercial agreements that support OPmobility's business objectives. You will play a key role in building a high-performing supplier network, driving cost optimization initiatives, ensuring supplier performance, and supporting project execution across the full product lifecycle—from innovation and development through serial production and aftermarket activities. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, qualify, and audit new suppliers to support business growth and sourcing needs. Develop and maintain a robust, competitive, and sustainable supplier panel for Automotive and Heavy-Duty applications. Lead supplier selection and contract negotiations to secure the best commercial, technical, and operational conditions for OPmobility. Build strong strategic partnerships with key suppliers and foster long-term supplier engagement. Develop and execute commodity sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and commodity risks to identify opportunities and mitigate potential impacts. Drive cost reduction initiative
