About the Role UPTE-CWA Local 9119 seeks a Strategic Campaigns Director (Strategic Research) to lead public-facing strategic campaigns, conduct strategic research, coalition organizing, and support bargaining and organizing across California.
What You'll Do
- Develop and drive public-facing strategic campaigns on union priorities, including strategic research, community and coalition organizing, and other comprehensive campaign elements in support of key Union campaigns.
- Work with the Executive Director and Union leadership to help develop strategic plans for supporting major union priorities including contract campaigns, new organizing, or legislative goals.
- Support bargaining and organizing through market, strategic, and institutional research, and play a flexible role in those campaigns as a strategic campaigner.
