Section: About the Role The Concept Group is seeking a Strategic Adviser to support management in driving strategic initiatives, monitoring business performance, and providing insights for executive decision-making. The role reports to the General Manager.
Section: Key Responsibilities
- Support leadership in developing and executing the company’s strategic plan.
- Track strategic goals and KPIs, reporting progress to Executive Management.
- Prepare board meeting materials and analytical reports on strategic initiatives, financial performance, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the CFO and Finance team on financial modelling and decision-making tools.
- Analyse data and recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and systems.
- Participate in recruitment for key positions.
Section: Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Three or more years of strategic or management consulting experience is an added advantage.
- Strong background in finance, business development, and analysis.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modelling skills.
- Experience with KPI tracking and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial services or a related field is an advantage.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or CFA certifications are a plus.
