In Vaccines, you’ll help advance prevention on a global scale and shape the future of immunization. The Strategic Account Management (SAM) organization leads cross-functional teams to partner with our largest, most complex customers and to manage high-value vaccine contracts.

What You'll Do

  • Assume leadership within assigned accounts, acting as the primary cross-functional lead to drive strategic partnerships and revenue targets.
  • Develop and deploy strategic account plans, align internal resources, and co-create customer value.
  • Build and nurture a trust-based network with external stakeholders and maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business, priorities, and challenges.
  • Identify and qualify high-value opportunities, drive growth strategies, and coordinate executive relationships together with internal teams.
  • Serve as the central focal point for account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation, and customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years field sales or account management experience.
  • Proven ability to access C‑suite to D‑suite decision makers, and to translate market knowledge into strategic plans with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide ongoing feedback, and manage multiple projects.
  • Broad field sales experience with success with P&T committees, hospitals, Health Systems, IHNs and other large customers.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
  • Self-directed, organized, with strong execution and planning; able to adapt in a shifting environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Strong data analytics.
  • Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting or Finance.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and customer management databases.
  • Experience leading teams with demonstrated impact and influence.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: USD 146,250 – 243,750 per year.
  • Travel up to 75%.
