This role will be based in the NYC office. Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office three days a week and remotely for the rest. This is an exempt position.

Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:

  • Manage post-sale CTV publisher accounts as the primary point of contact, overseeing relationships from launch through growth
  • Drive upsell opportunities by developing growth plans, identifying monetization gaps, and using data to support your recommendations
  • Provide strategic guidance to publishers on inventory monetization and help them maximize revenue and platform value
  • Monitor account health, spend trends, and yield metrics to identify opportunities and address issues
  • Compile and analyze performance data to drive optimization decisions and support forecasting
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and regular publisher check-ins
  • Work closely with Business Development, Publisher Solutions, Demand, Product, and Engineering teams to support integrations and resolve issues

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in programmatic digital advertising, account management, publisher services, or ad operations
  • Working knowledge of programmatic advertising and SSP technology, with experience or familiarity in CTV
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to identify trends and support decisions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, curious mindset and ownership-oriented approach
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams

Extra Credit if you bring:

  • Experience supporting CTV or publisher accounts at an SSP, DSP, or ad server
  • Familiarity with programmatic monetization and yield concepts
  • Proficiency with data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Looker, Tableau)

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $80,00 - $110,000 the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.
