We are hiring an Strategic Account Director to own and grow Everly Health Solutions' most strategic health plan relationships. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this senior individual contributor role serves as the executive-level partner to our largest clients — driving revenue growth, strategy, retention, and expansion while ensuring operational excellence across every program we deliver.

The Strategic Account Director brings the strategic depth to shape multi-year client roadmaps and the hands-on ownership to deliver on them. You'll be the person our most important clients call first, and the person our leadership team relies on to know exactly where each account stands and where it's headed.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the senior-level owner and primary client-facing representative for Everly Health Solutions' most strategic, highest-value enterprise accounts

Build and sustain trusted relationships with client executives (C-suite and VP level), positioning Everly Health as a long-term strategic partner rather than a vendor

Own the growth strategy for your portfolio: identify, qualify, and drive expansion opportunities — new programs, populations, and services — in partnership with Sales

Own renewals and retention for assigned accounts, leading commercial and contract discussions in partnership with Legal and Finance

Develop multi-year strategic account plans that map client priorities to Everly Health's unique value proposition, and keep them current as client needs evolve

Lead executive business reviews with client leadership to present performance, insights, and recommendations, and to align on upcoming initiatives

Partner with clients to define key performance metrics and ensure performance reporting is delivered within SLAs

Forecast account revenue and pipeline monthly and report on portfolio performance to the Chief Commercial Officer

Work alongside Project Management, Implementation, Clinical, Product, and Operations to ensure programs are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget with a superior client experience

Serve as the executive escalation point for complex client issues, leading cross-functional mitigation plans through to resolution

Bring the voice of the client into product and commercial roadmaps, translating client needs into clear, actionable input for internal teams

Present account strategy, performance, and risks to the Chief Commercial Officer and the Everly Health Solutions leadership team

Act as a senior resource for the Commercial team, sharing best practices and helping raise the bar on how we manage enterprise relationships

Who You Are / Job Requirements:

8 -10 years of account management, client partnership, strategy or commercial leadership experience in the healthcare industry required

Bachelor's Degree required — business or science related field preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus

Experience with health plan quality programs (e.g., HEDIS, Star Ratings), at-home diagnostics, or population health a plus

Track record of owning and growing a multi-million-dollar book of enterprise business across multiple strategic accounts

Demonstrated success managing executive-level client relationships and leading renewal and expansion negotiations

Highly analytical, strategic thinker and data driven, but also a creative problem solver for complex solutions

Skills & Abilities Required:

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to maximize performance without compromising quality, budget, or timelines — without direct authority

Results-focused and self-motivated, with a flexible and entrepreneurial mindset

Innovative thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare environment and a demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and capture new business opportunities

Ability to leverage and use AI with fluency and understanding

Exceptional executive presence, with strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation development skills — comfortable in the room with client and internal C-suite leaders

Strong commercial acumen, including contract, pricing, and negotiation experience

Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple high-stakes priorities simultaneously

Proven ability to develop and sustain strong relationships both inside and outside the organization

Exercises sound judgment and diplomacy with both clients and internal teams

Prior experience in a fast-paced and evolving environment a plus

Familiar with Hubspot a plus
