Storeroom Leader

About the Role A Storeroom Leader responsible for maintaining compliant and capable Storeroom operations to support the Maintenance organization. This role leads training, ensures compliance with internal and external requirements, and optimizes material availability and data integrity on site. What You'll Do

• Provide training, capability assessment, and guidance to the Storeroom organization.
• Ensure Storeroom compliance with internal and external requirements (SAFE, CSA, co-employment, KPI, inventory optimization & local targets).
• Optimize daily Storeroom material needs and service to the Maintenance planning organization; monitor MRP exception messages daily.
• Own and manage spares repair (refurbishment) for internal and external repairs; create Stock Transport Orders for plant-to-plant needs.
• Manage Affiliate Sales process where necessary to transfer Storeroom materials when STO is not feasible.
• Own Trigger Database work process; maintain material master data integrity after updates.
• Maintain inventory deliverable scheduling and reporting; conversion of planned orders when STRM is employed.
• Process Repairable materials daily; ensure timely Stock Transport Orders and Affiliate Sales fulfillment.
• Ensure proper Bill of Lading creation (SAP and Non-SAP) for shipments.
• Ensure stock levels, data accuracy, and compliance with SLA from Storeroom to site. What We're Looking For
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certification preferred.
• Experience in Warehouse, Distribution Center, Manufacturing, or Logistics is an asset but not required; P&G provides on-site training.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with multi-functional teams; strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with computerized administration systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and assess risk; willingness to ask for help when needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; operate in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures; wear PPE as required. Nice to Have
