- An exciting opportunity has become available for a reliable and motivated Storeperson to join our team, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our flagship properties through efficient receiving, storage and distribution of goods.
Job Description
- Receive, check and store incoming goods accurately and in line with purchase orders.
- Support raising purchase orders and entering accurate data into the purchasing system.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels and assist with re-ordering supplies.
- Distribute stock efficiently to departments across the hotel.
- Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded in the inventory system.
- Keep storerooms clean, organised, secure and compliant with hygiene standards.
- Assist with weekly inventory checks and monthly stocktakes.
- Process and document supplier returns where required.
- Follow purchasing, receiving, storage and access-control procedures.
- Support the wider hotel team with other reasonable duties as required.
Qualifications

A minimum of 1 years’ previous experience as a storeperson or related position, preferably in the Hospitality industry.

Sound knowledge and understanding of stores and logistics processes, policies and systems

Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
