Job title: Store Supervisor (Part Time)
About the Role Temporary Part-Time Store Supervisor for LEGO Brand Retail in Oklahoma City. You will train the team, uphold brand standards, and deliver inspiring retail experiences while focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and sales performance.
What You'll Do
- Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information
- Ensure appropriate and effective space management techniques are used
- Maintain store graphics system with emphasis on customer service and sales
- Ensure fixtures are fully replenished at all times
- Evaluate competitor visual merchandising and identify opportunities to grow the business
- Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques per LEGO Brand Retail guidelines
- Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing LEGO Brand, Vision and Values
- Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values
What We're Looking For
- Temporary assignment expected to last until February (may change based on business need)
- Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail store
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience delivering employee training
- Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing
- Point of sale systems
- Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising
- Visual merchandising techniques
- Ability to replenish fixtures and maintain store standards
- Understanding of brand values and customer service
