Job title: Store Sales Associate
Join Scalpers in Madrid as a Store Sales Associate. You will represent the brand values, create an engaging customer experience, and help meet store goals while ensuring products are well organized and replenished.
What You'll Do
- Represent the brand's image and values to customers and create an exceptional shopping experience
- Drive sales and achieve store KPIs by advising customers, cross-selling, and building loyalty
- Perform store operations: inventory, receiving shipments, stock replenishment, and back-office tasks
- Maintain visual standards and store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, proactive, and flexible work environment
What We're Looking For
- Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with trends
- Customer-centric with ability to listen and tailor recommendations
- Knowledge of product to drive sales and achieve KPIs
- Experience with store operations and inventory; RFID familiarity
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and flexibility
- Availability to work 30 hours per week in Madrid
Nice to Have
- Experience in fashion retail
- Knowledge of RFID/inventory systems
- Fluency in additional languages
