Job title: Store Sales Associate
About the Role Scalpers is seeking a Store Sales Associate for our Fuengirola location. The role is part-time with a fixed discontinuous contract for the period June 8 to September 30, focused on Sundays (8 hours per week). You will represent the brand values and create a memorable customer experience while supporting store objectives and maintaining order and product replenishment.
What You'll Do
- Represent the brand values and image to customers.
- Create a compelling shopping experience and support store objectives, including product replenishment and maintaining order.
- Perform operations tasks: inventory (RFID), receiving consignments, stock replenishment.
- Maintain the store image following visual standards and keep the store organized.
- Work in a positive, proactive, and flexible team environment.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with trends.
- Ability to attract and fidelize customers with attention to detail and product knowledge; meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience with store operations, inventories (RFID), receiving shipments, replenishment, and maintaining store presentation.
