Job title: Store: Sales Associate
About the Role We’re hiring for roles across Banana Republic and Gap Inc., including opportunities in Merchandising, Marketing, Design, Real Estate, Store Operations, and Sales. The focus is on delivering brand experiences, driving sales, and supporting brand development across stores and channels.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service and in-store support.
- Assist with merchandising strategies and product development.
- Collaborate on brand campaigns, campaigns in-store, and guest experiences.
- Support inventory management, store operations, and day-to-day store performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute and optimize store initiatives.
