Job title: Store Manager - Westport, Alo Yoga
About the Role The Store Manager is a true business owner responsible for leading and developing Alo Yoga's Westport store. This role drives sales, oversees operations and visual merchandising, and leads a high-performing team to deliver sales and profitability while upholding ALO's mission and culture.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the store's retail strategies; leverage local market knowledge of clientele and competitors; stay aware of business trends to drive store success.
- Lead and develop a Sales, Operations, and Visual team using company tools, incentives, and strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Cultivate an environment of growth, accountability, and inclusivity; perform talent analysis, establish career progression plans, and build internal and external pipelines.
- Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of key strategies; maintain strong visual standards and safe, efficient operations; develop schedules that optimize labor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners; act as an ALO ambassador; implement effective internal communication strategies to achieve goals and KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly motivated to drive business in a fast-paced, innovative environment; entrepreneurial spirit; strong time management and personal accountability.
- Alignment with ALO’s guiding principles; customer-centric mindset and business owner mentality.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and safely climb a ladder; ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
- Must have open availability including weekends and the company blackout period.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year.
