Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, supervise store personnel and ensure efficient stock management
- The ideal candidate must have previous experience managing a store and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and activities of the store.
- Manage stock receiving, storage, issuance and replenishment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages, damages and losses.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
- Supervise and coordinate store staff.
- Ensure proper arrangement, organisation and security of store items.
- Prepare regular inventory and stock movement reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
- Liaise with procurement and other departments on stock requirements.
Requirements
- OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in store management or inventory management.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Stores Supervisor or Inventory Officer.
- Good knowledge of stock control, inventory management and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- High level of honesty, accountability and attention to detail.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
