Job title: Store Manager
About the Role TOUS is seeking a proactive Store Manager for our Las Arenas store in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria who is passionate about delivering a unique customer experience and driving continuous improvement to achieve great results. This is a permanent contract with a 40-hour rotating schedule (Mon-Sun, morning or afternoon shifts).
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day store operations and manage the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Create and implement looks and visual merchandising strategies to provide a personalized client experience.
- Drive sales and achieve KPIs, fostering continuous improvement in store performance.
- Train and develop the team on product knowledge, visual merchandising, customer experience, KPIs, and more.
- Collaborate with management and participate in virtual coffee chats and TOUS Connect to stay aligned with company initiatives.
- Embody TOUS attitude and promote brand standards to ensure customers leave with a smile.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a luxury jewelry salesperson and/or assistant manager or in a similar role.
- Training or interest in art, design, fashion, styling, personal shopping, visual merchandising.
- English language skills are positively viewed to assist international clients.
- Proven experience in team management.
- High energy, enthusiasm, passion for styling and fashion, and ability to connect with customers; being a trend lover.
Nice to Have
- English proficiency (additional bonus when dealing with international clients).
