Job title: Store Manager
About the Role TOUS is looking for a proactive Store Manager who is passionate about delivering a unique customer experience and driving continuous improvement to achieve great results. The role offers a permanent contract, 36 hours per week, with rotating shifts including weekends.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales KPIs.
- Manage daily store operations, scheduling, stock management and loss prevention.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation aligned with TOUS brand and campaigns.
- Train, coach and develop team members; monitor performance and provide feedback.
- Analyze KPIs and implement improvement actions to drive results.
- Engage with customers, including international clients, and represent the brand with authenticity.
- Collaborate with management to ensure policy adherence and smooth store operations.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience as a luxury jewelry salesperson and/or in fashion/lifestyle brands or in an Assistant Manager role.
- Training or interest in art, design, fashion, styling, personal shopping, visual merchandising.
- Comfortable speaking English to assist international clients (positive).
- Experience leading teams.

Nice to Have
- Experience in luxury jewelry or premium brands, and ability to inspire clients.
- Interest or experience in visual merchandising and store styling.
