About the Role As Store Manager in Tours, you'll lead our diverse store team to deliver outstanding service, uphold the DM brand culture and drive store performance. You will own the day-to-day operations, health and safety, and the customer experience, ensuring the store meets its sales and service targets while living our values. What You'll Do
- Manage daily sales operations including staffing, training, selling, merchandising, cashiering, admin, cash handling, and space planning.
- Take overall responsibility for health and safety, implementing procedures and risk controls.
- Meet KPIs within store budgets; control losses and optimize controllable costs.
- Drive sales performance (ATV, UPT) and maintain high customer service standards.
- Ensure stock control procedures, inventories, deliveries, loss prevention, etc.
- Lead and develop the store team to achieve performance goals, optimize operations, and improve the customer experience.
- Embody DM culture, foster collaboration, mentor colleagues, and seek feedback for self-development.
- Promote DE&I and wellbeing; be a role model for the team and the brand. What We're Looking For
- A passion for our products.
- Experience in a store leadership role (Store Manager or Assistant) preferably in fashion/lifestyle.
- Experience coaching and developing a sales team, including handling performance issues.
- Sales-driven with the ability to motivate others to meet store targets.
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and reading skills.
- Proficiency with IT: MS Office, planning tools, cash handling systems, and POS.
- Resilience and quick thinking to resolve issues as they arise. Nice to Have
