About the Role The Store Manager reports to the District Manager and is responsible for driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance. You lead from the front, build a strong, motivated team, and ensure an on-brand, engaging in-store experience. You balance business goals with people leadership to foster accountability and high performance. What You'll Do
- Drive sales and exceed targets by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels
- Coach, train, and develop your team to keep performance strong and consistent
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, and exchanges
- Manage team scheduling to keep the store running efficiently
- Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation
- Support daily operations, including stocking, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks
- Build an engaged, inclusive team culture where everyone feels supported and motivated What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of hands-on management experience in retail or service
- Deep interest in fashion
- Natural leader with a growth mindset
- Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people
- Available for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. (~16 kg) during busy floor days Compensation & Benefits
