About the Role As a Store Manager at CosmoProf Canada, you will lead a team in a dynamic, store-focused environment. You will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. You will oversee store operations with emphasis on meeting or exceeding sales goals, controlling expenses, managing inventory, and enforcing safety and company policies. You will foster diversity, inclusion and belonging.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop store team; drive sales; deliver EPIC customer experience.
- Oversee all store operations including budget management, expense control, inventory, and scheduling.
- Ensure safety and security policies are followed; protect customers, associates, and assets.
- Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion and belonging.
- Coach and develop associates to enhance success.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Operational, financial and performance management experience.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Self-starter with desire to continuously learn and educate staff and customers.
- Passion for hair and beauty.
