About the Role As Store Manager at our brand-new Pacific Fair store, you will lead a team, drive sales, and manage inventory and visual merchandising to deliver premium outdoor-brand experiences. Your focus will be on creating a culture of operational excellence and exceptional customer service. What You'll Do
- Lead a dynamic team and drive sales performance and targets.
- Oversee visual merchandising to ensure brand standards are met.
- Manage inventory, stock levels and product availability.
- Coach, develop and manage team members; effective people management.
- Implement programs and processes that drive business results and operational excellence.

- Enthusiastic, energetic attitude and alignment with VF culture of diversity, fun and family.
- Retail Certificate an advantage but not essential.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar store/retail management role.
- Computer literate.
- Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills. Nice to Have
- Retail Certificate advantage (as noted).
