About the Role Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager at Yorkdale Shopping Centre for a part-time role to direct and lead retail strategies and execute store operations to deliver financial growth and sustained brand equity. This position emphasizes innovation, leadership, and maintaining the integrity of the Levi's brand while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of Levi Strauss & Co.'s history and heritage
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service to every Levi's Store customer using The 3C's: Connect, Consult & Close
- Meet or exceed store and individual sales and performance goals daily
- Comply with cash handling guidelines and store security, safety, and loss prevention programs
- Assist stock associates with replenishment and security tagging of merchandise on the selling floor as needed
- Assist in pricing of merchandise as needed
- Maintain store appearance per Levi's visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures
- Support rapid and accurate sales floor refill and replenishment via RFID-enabled inventory processes
- Basic technology skills: familiarity with iOS, device troubleshooting, and ability to read training manuals
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations
What We're Looking For
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and to stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Structured, organized, methodical, consistent, and adaptable

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: 14.70 - 24.50 per hour, based on local/provincial minimums and experience
