About this role
La Casa de las Carcasas is seeking a Store Manager for our Béziers, France location. This CDI role in retail reports to the Area Manager and focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, driving store performance, and leading the team. The position offers a full-time schedule with a salary of 2 250 € to 2 550 € per month.
Responsibilities include:
- Deploying the commercial policy and ensuring a high-quality customer service to meet objectives
- Managing KPIs and implementing concrete action plans to boost performance
- Recruiting, integrating, and retaining the team by developing collective and individual action plans
- Ensuring an impeccable store presentation and highlighting products in line with visual guidelines
- Supervising stock management and RFID inventories
- Handling internal procedures and coordinating with the RH service for payroll elements
- Producing team schedules aligned with store activity and participating in meetings and events
Requirements
- At least 1 year of successful experience as Store Manager or Assistant, ideally in retail
- Ability to motivate and unite the team and a passion for selling, with strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a high standard of customer service
