About the Role The Manager in Training (MIT) program at Abercrombie & Fitch Co is a 90-day blended-learning pathway focused on the essential skills needed to run a multi-million-dollar business. MITs receive a combination of support training, on-the-job learning, and coaching from their supervisor on Store Operations, Business Management, Customer Experience, Floor Supervision and Talent Management. Regular 30, 60, and 90 day progress checks help guide autonomous development and long-term career support. Successful completion leads to an Assistant Manager role with broad involvement in store operations and internal promotion opportunities.
