Job title: Store Manager in Training (MIT)
About the Role The Manager in Training (MIT) program is a 90-day blended-learning initiative designed to develop the essential skills to operate a multi-million-dollar store. MITs receive a mix of classroom-style training, on-the-job learning, and coaching from their supervisor on Store Operations, Business Management, Customer Experience, Floor Supervision and Talent Management. Successful completion leads to an Assistant Manager role and broader internal promotion opportunities.
