About the Role Lush Store Manager at North America stores leads a dynamic retail operation, embodying our core values and driving customer experience, staff development, and operational excellence. You’ll recruit, train, and develop your team, oversee budgets and sales targets, and pursue growth opportunities as part of Lush’s internal promotion culture.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and train your store team, including management and frontline staff
- Train and develop staff on brand, product, and service
- Oversee all aspects of the retail business: budgeting, sales targets, customer experience, and operations
- Lead performance reviews, seek feedback, and pursue growth opportunities
- Drive brand values and community engagement, while ensuring a fair, inclusive store environment
- Manage inventory, visuals, scheduling, and compliance with company policies
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of retail management experience
- HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution and performance management
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills
- Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop including holidays, evenings, and weekends
Nice to Have
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
