Store Manager for the Outlet Division, based in Matelica, Italy, responsible for leading the store, driving the business, and motivating the team to reach sales goals. The role focuses on delivering an excellent client experience and ensuring the store operates according to brand standards. What You'll Do
- Lead the store to achieve its sales budget and ensure day-to-day activities support the long-term plan with the team and Retail Departments.
- Manage all activities to deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively per visual guidelines.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on company policies, procedures and development planning for the store team.
- Oversee warehouse procedures to ensure correct handling and operations. What We're Looking For
- Competence in management and planning of store activities, from staff turnover to monitoring performance indicators.
- Stock management methods and techniques, CRM procedures, and a positive attitude.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate the team.
- Ability to analyze numbers and statistics.
- Teamwork, strategic orientation, precision, organizational skills, and time management.
