Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Overview

• ‎We are recruiting a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Store Manager for our client.
• ‎The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating order fulfillment, and supporting overall business growth.
• ‎This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, manage store operations efficiently, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• ‎‎Ultimately, you will ensure the smooth running of the store by maintaining inventory accuracy, driving operational efficiency, and providing outstanding service to customers.

‎‎Key Responsibilities

• ‎Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure it remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• ‎Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate restocking activities.
• ‎Attend to walk-in customers, provide product recommendations, and deliver excellent customer service.
• ‎Process customer orders accurately and coordinate deliveries with logistics partners.
• ‎Conduct basic product and market research to stay informed about skincare products and industry trends.
• ‎Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, customer orders, and daily store activities.
• ‎Prepare routine operational and sales reports while reporting inventory discrepancies and customer feedback to management.

‎Requirements

• ‎Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• ‎2–4 years' experience in store management, retail operations, or inventory management.
• ‎Strong customer service and communication skills.
• ‎Good knowledge of inventory management and record keeping.
• ‎Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• ‎Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• ‎Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• ‎Previous experience in the skincare, beauty, or retail industry is an added advantage. ‎

Salary

N250,000 Monthly.
